The Ted Constant Convocation Center is a multi-purpose arena in Norfolk,
located on the campus of Old Dominion University.
Free Parking is available in Parking Garage C, located to the right and across from
The Ted Constant Convocation Center, with entrance on W 43rd Street.
The entrance to the Big Blue Room faces the W 43rd Street Garage.
Park on levels 2, 3, or 5 in ‘metered’ spaces.
You will not be charged for the duration of our event.
Do not park in reserved spaces.
