Share Your Ideas with HRTPO

Do you have a great idea that will improve Air Quality or ease Congestion here in Hampton Roads?  HRTPO is currently accepting project ideas for the 2018 HRTPO CMAQ/RSTP Project Selection Process.  The type of projects that are eligible for CMAQ funding are those that are intended to reduce emissions in the region, either through direct means (such as converting to low-emission vehicles) or through indirect means (such as traffic signal improvements that improve vehicle flow and reduce congestion, or outreach programs to promote carpooling).  Send your project ideas to the HRTPO staff via John Mihaly, Senior Transportation Planner, at jmihaly@hrtpo.org or by mail to 723 Woodlake Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320.  https://www.hrtpo.org/page/cmaq-rstp-campaign-/
