Child Passenger Safety Week

Child Passenger Safety Week: September 15 - 21, 2024

CPS Week GraphicWith car crashes remaining a top cause of fatalities among children, it is crucial to ensure they are always secured in the correct car seat. We call on parents and caregivers to be vigilant about car seat safety.

National Seat Check Saturday is scheduled to take place from September 21, 2024. This dedicated day aims to raise awareness about the importance of proper car seat usage and to ensure that children are safely secured while traveling in vehicles. The initiative serves as a reminder for parents and caregivers to assess the safety of their child’s car seat and to seek assistance from certified technicians if needed.

Join us in observing Child Passenger Safety Week from September 15 – 21, 2024, and help us share vital resources to educate your communities.
