- TIPSY TOW is FREE and available to the public at no charge.
- TIPSY TOW provides towing within the Greater Hampton Roads area including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake. Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton. Poquoson, Yorktown, and Williamsburg.
- The program is available October 31 st at 9 pm until January 1st at 6 am.
- TIPSY TOW service is provided to the individual's residence only and no reservations are allowed.
- TIPSY TOW is NOT a substitute for using a designated driver!
