DMV UPDATE:
The Virginia DMV, Highway Safety Office partners with law enforcement, state and non-profit agencies/organizations to address, message, and take action on observed traffic infractions. Preliminary data reveals an increase in fatalities, especially in the Speed and Unrestrained categories. (The 2020 data contained in this report is preliminary and subject to change.)
